Max Kolstad
Max Kolstad holds a Master degree in Public Administration from the University of Arkansas (Go Hogs, Go). He was a recipient of the Hugh T. Henry Memorial Award for outstanding graduate student in public administration in 1998.
Before employment with AT&T, Max served as a Network Services Lead for the State of Arkansas Department of Information Systems. In this role, Max specialized in interactive video and administered the Arkansas State Interactive Video Network (or VNet).
Classroom experience includes employment as adjunct faculty for the University of Arkansas at Little Rock at which he taught courses in American Government, Metropolitan Government, and Public Policy Process. Additionally, he has been an instructor of Data and Information Management for the Arkansas Public Administration consortium since 2002.
Currently Max is the President of the Arkansas Distance Learning Association (ArDLA). Papers and presentations include: "Videoconferencing Helps Arkansas Go to the Head of the Class” Gartner Group ITXPO 2007, "Arkansas Statewide Interactive Video Service" ISTE 2007, "Education as an Anchor Tennant" USDLA 2007, "Statewide Interactive Video Service" Government Video and Technology Expo 2006, "Statewide Interactive Video Service: Education as an Anchor Tenant" ICDE 2006.
