• The Animal Kingdom - This site will provide you with links to vertebrates, invertebrates, and many other animal types. Click on the link to vertebrates. There you will find several different animal groups. Choose the five we are studying in class: amphibians, fish, mammals, reptiles, and birds. Under each group you will find interesting information, pictures, and links to other great websites. Explore all your options and obtain as much information as possible.

• exZOOberance - This website is a virtual zoo! The homepage provides several options. Click on links to 'They Walk,' 'They Swim,' 'They Fly.' Once you click on these links,a big list of animals is provided. Click on the animal you are researching. There you will see beautiful pictures of the animal in its habitat and useful information for your research. You can also obtain free pictures from the picture gallery for your project.

• Yahooligans!Animals - This site provides links to mammals, fish, insects, birds, amphibians,and reptiles. Use all links except insects. Once you click on the links provided, you will find information and pictures with an option to learn more about that group by selecting topics on a scroll down menu ('Select a topic'). Research each of these options.
